My name is Chris

I am a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor located in Lexington, KY and serve the surrounding areas. My life’s passion is for all things health and fitness, and I love helping people achieve their fitness goals.

 After working in corporate healthcare for almost a decade, I realized the need for health education and preventative measures to keep people healthy into old age. I want to do my part to help others find and maintain a sustainable level of strength, vitality, and quality of life through physical activity.

 Functional, mindful movement is my specialty, and my teaching and training style are a reflection of that. When working with me, expect cues and feedback for proper body alignment, breathing techniques, and lots of modifications to accommodate ALL fitness levels.

My Focus

My focus is primarily on mindful movement and functionality. I enjoy working with clients that have some limitations that they want help overcoming, and I am also happy to help others build strength, become more flexible, or work on overall athleticism and cardiovascular health.

My outlook is that any movement is better than none, as long as it’s done safely; form is hugely important to me and is a cornerstone of my training.
